Mobile App Developer For Hire

Hire App Developer Services Full explanation

Strategy, design, development and launch, handled end to end by one developer who stays accountable for the result. You talk to the person writing the code, from the first call to the release build and every change that comes after it. This is what it looks like to hire an app developer directly instead of going through an agency: no account manager translating your idea, no team you never meet, and no handover email on the day it goes live.

Services

Everything needed to ship a product, is here

Six services covering a product from the first sketch to a live store listing and the months after it. Most projects use three or four of them. You are never charged for the ones you do not need, and I will tell you plainly when something on this list is not worth doing for your particular build, even though saying so costs me the line item.

  • Hire a Specialist Mobile App Developer

    One codebase. Two stores.

Native Android apps in Kotlin, or cross-platform iOS and Android apps in Kotlin Multiplatform, built by one developer who stays accountable from the first call to the release build. Get in touch if you want your app built right the first time, with a fixed scope and price agreed before any work starts.

  • Web Development

Fast, modern, and built to last.

Custom Laravel web platforms, from fast marketing sites to dashboards your team uses every day. Includes an admin panel so you can update your own content and images without opening a ticket.

  • UI / UX Design

    Designs people actually enjoy using.

Wireframes, user flows and clickable Figma prototypes that turn an idea into a clear, consistent interface before a single screen gets coded.

  • Backend & APIs

    The part users never see.

APIs, authentication, payment integrations and the database behind your product, built as one reliable backend that your app, website and any future client can share.

  • App Store Launch

    From build to live listing.

Getting your app approved and live on the App Store and Google Play, with store copy, screenshots and privacy declarations handled, and the accounts left fully in your name.

  • Maintenance & Support

    Someone to call after launch.

Ongoing fixes, updates and small improvements after launch, so your app keeps working as platforms and users change. No retainer required.

Builds that went to the stores and stayed there: native Kotlin where the platform matters, Kotlin Multiplatform where a second store does, and Laravel dashboards behind them. Screens are shown as they shipped rather than as concept art, which is the only honest way to judge an app developer for hire before you pay one.

Capabilities

The skills behind every project, honestly rated

Depth in a few areas rather than a shallow pass across twenty. These are the things I do often enough to estimate accurately, which matters more to you than a long list of technologies I once touched for a weekend.

  • Mobile engineering

    Primary focus

I build native Android apps in Kotlin and cross-platform apps in Kotlin Multiplatform, delivering high-quality, well-tested code for both iOS and Android.

  • Backend & data

    Daily work

I build Laravel APIs, authentication, payment integrations and the database design underneath, so your app, website and any future client all run on one reliable source of truth.

  • Frontend & web

    Daily work

I build responsive interfaces in Vue, React and Blade with Tailwind, delivering fast pages and admin panels your team can operate without calling a developer.

  • Product design

    Working knowledge

I turn ideas into wireframes, user flows and clickable Figma prototypes, delivering a consistent design system your product can grow into.

  • Security & privacy

    Built in

I build in validation, encrypted storage, safe session handling and least-privilege access from the start, keeping your app and its users' data secure by design.

  • Deployment & monitoring

    End to end

I handle servers, deployment pipelines, backups, analytics and crash reporting, staying responsible for your product after it ships rather than handing over a zip file.

One codebase. Two stores.

Get in touch if you want your app built right the first time, with a fixed scope and price agreed before any work starts.

Picking the wrong platform costs months, and it is the decision most worth getting right before you hire a mobile app developer. Talk it through with me first: I will look at what your app actually needs to do and tell you honestly whether Kotlin Multiplatform or native Kotlin fits better, not which one sounds more impressive. Reach out for a straight answer and a codebase another developer could pick up if they ever needed to: clear architecture, readable commits, and a release build that is genuinely yours.

Web Development

Custom Laravel web platforms, from fast marketing sites to dashboards your team uses every day. Includes an admin panel so you can update your own content and images without opening a ticket.

Most business websites fail slowly rather than dramatically. They load acceptably on the developer laptop, nobody measures them again, and two years later the homepage takes six seconds on a phone with two bars of signal and half the traffic leaves before it paints. So performance budgets, caching and image handling are decided at the start rather than bolted on after somebody notices, and the admin panel is built for the person who will actually use it every week rather than for the developer who built it.

UI / UX Design

Wireframes, user flows and clickable Figma prototypes that turn an idea into a clear, consistent interface before a single screen gets coded.

A prototype is the only honest way to find out whether a flow works, because a static screen never reveals how many taps something takes. You open the prototype on your own phone, try to complete the thing your users will be trying to complete, and the awkward steps announce themselves immediately. Everything that comes out of that becomes a component rather than a one-off screen, so the tenth screen costs a fraction of the first and the product still looks like one product a year later.

Backend & APIs

APIs, authentication, payment integrations and the database behind your product, built as one reliable backend that your app, website and any future client can share.

The database schema is the decision that is hardest to reverse, so it gets designed before anything is built on top of it rather than grown accidentally out of the first three features. Everything that touches money, personal data or a third-party system is written defensively and tested harder than a screen that only displays information, because those are the failures that turn into refunds, support tickets and disclosure emails rather than a minor annoyance somebody reports next week.

App Store Launch

Getting your app approved and live on the App Store and Google Play, with store copy, screenshots and privacy declarations handled, and the accounts left fully in your name.

Store review is a process with its own rules, and most first rejections are about paperwork rather than code: a privacy label that does not match what the app collects, a demo account the reviewer cannot log into, a screenshot showing a feature that is not in the build. Handling that is unglamorous and entirely learnable, which is exactly why it should not cost you three weeks of guessing. Accounts and signing keys end up in your name, so nobody else controls your listing, including me.

Maintenance & Support

Ongoing fixes, updates and small improvements after launch, so your app keeps working as platforms and users change. No retainer required.

The first months after launch are when a product learns what it actually is. Real users do things no test plan predicted, one screen turns out to be where everybody drops off, and a platform update quietly breaks a library you depend on. Staying reachable through that is worth more than any feature on a roadmap written before launch, and it is far cheaper than rebuilding a neglected app two years later because nobody kept up with the platform.
