Earn 20% Commission on Every Project You Refer

Earn 15% to 30% commission on every project you refer. Share our services with your audience, friends, or network and earn a commission when your referral becomes a paying client. The commission rate depends on the project and referral.

How it works

Refer clients to an app developer. Get paid on every project.

You introduce potential clients who need an app developer. We handle the consultation, proposal, development, and client support. If the project moves forward, you earn a commission from the work you referred.

  1. Step 01

    Send the form

Fill out the short affiliate application with a few details about you, your audience, and how you plan to refer clients looking for an app developer. We review your application and, if approved, send your unique affiliate referral link directly to your email.

  2. Step 02

    Promote your link

Share your affiliate link with people who need an app developer to build a mobile app, web app, or custom software. You can recommend it through your website, social media, email, client conversations, communities, or your professional network.

  3. Step 03

Let our app developer team do the work

When someone uses your referral link, they can contact us directly. We handle the consultation, project requirements, pricing, development, and ongoing communication. You don't need to manage the project or become the client's developer.

  4. Step 04

    Get paid on each project

When a referred client starts a project, you earn a commission based on the project value. The more qualified clients you refer, the more you can earn. Your affiliate link makes it easy to track the projects that come through your referrals.

Start earning 15% on every project you refer. As your referrals grow, your commission rate increases to 20% and then 30%. Once you reach the highest tier, there is no limit on how many projects you can refer and you continue earning 30% on every project.

Who this suits

Built for people who already get asked

This is not an influencer programme and there is no follower requirement anywhere in it. It rewards the handful of conversations a year where somebody asks you who can build their idea, which means the people it works best for are usually the ones who never thought of themselves as affiliates at all.

A quiet desk with a laptop open, where most referral conversations actually happen
No audience required. One reply to the right question is the entire job.
  • Agencies with overflow

You win a project needing mobile development you do not staff for. Refer it out instead of turning it down, and keep a share of the value.

  • Freelance designers

You hand over a beautiful Figma file and the client asks who can build it. That one question is worth real money to you.

  • Influencers

Recommend our app developer service to your audience when they are looking to build an app, and earn a commission on every project.

  • Community builders

You run a newsletter, a Slack group or a founders community where "who can build this" comes up every single week.

  • Developers with a full pipeline

You are booked for three months and hate saying no. Pass the work along rather than losing the relationship entirely.

  • Accountants and advisors

You already see which of your clients are about to invest in software. A warm introduction beats a cold search every time.

What qualifies as a referral

Referral Requirements

A referral qualifies when a new client comes through your affiliate link, starts a paid app development project, and completes the required steps. We keep the rules simple so you know exactly when you can earn your commission.

affiliate program
No large audience required. A qualified client referral can turn into real commission.

A referral qualifies when

All five of these have to be true, and in practice they nearly always are. None of them depend on how large the project is, how well known you are, or how many people you introduced before this one.

  • They are genuinely a new contact

Somebody who has not spoken to me in the last twelve months. If they are new to me, they are yours, and that is checked by looking at the inbox rather than by argument.

  • They arrive through you

Either through your link, or by naming you on the first call. Both count equally, because plenty of good introductions happen in a conversation where nobody clicks anything.

  • The project signs within 60 days

Measured from their first visit through your link. That window is long enough to survive a slow decision and a holiday, which is most of what delays a signature.

  • The first milestone is paid in full

Commission is earned the moment that invoice clears, normally inside the first fortnight of a project, not months later when the whole build is finished.

  • It is paid work, not a chat

A signed project or a retainer. A free consultation that never turns into anything is still worth having, but there is no project value to take a percentage of.

It does not apply to

None of these are here to catch you out on a technicality. They exist because each one has been tried at least once, and because a programme without them quietly stops paying anybody who is playing it straight.

  • Self referrals

Projects for a company you own or work for. Referring your own budget back to yourself is not an introduction, and it is the first thing anyone tries.

  • Conversations already underway

Contacts who were already talking to me when you introduced them. Nothing is lost by asking first, and it takes one message to check before you spend any effort.

  • Bidding platform leads

Clients who found me independently through a marketplace and happen to know you. The platform already took its cut of that work, so there is nothing left to share.

  • Ads on my own name

Paid ads bidding on my name, brand or domain. You would be charging me to reach people who were already looking for me, and it ends a partnership immediately.

  • Spam of any kind

Scraped lists, unsolicited bulk messages or fake reviews pointing at your link. It damages the reputation the referral depends on, which costs both of us more than it pays.

Getting paid

How the money reaches you

There is one payout method and it is PayPal. Not a choice of six, not a wallet you have to top up, not a threshold that keeps moving. Give me the email address on your PayPal account when you apply, and everything below happens on its own from there.

  • PayPal, and only PayPal

One payout method keeps this simple for both of us. Give me the email address on your PayPal account and that is the whole setup.

  • Paid monthly

Every commission earned in a month is sent in the first week of the next one, with a statement showing which project it came from.

  • Properly documented

You receive a statement you can hand to an accountant. If your country needs an invoice from you, a template is provided.

  • Nothing hidden

You are told the project value used to calculate your share. There is no mysterious adjusted figure only I can see.

Two ways to join

Send the form, or just write an email

Both go to the same place and both get an answer within two working days. The form is faster because it already asks the questions I would otherwise have to send back to you.

Prefer email

Write it out yourself

Tell me who you work with, how software usually comes up in those conversations and roughly how many introductions a year you expect to make. That is genuinely all that is needed to issue a code.

Common questions

Before you apply

The things people ask before sending the form, answered here so you can decide whether it is worth the two minutes. If yours is not on the list, put it in the message field and it gets a proper answer.

  • How do I actually join?

Two ways, and only two. Send the application form on this page, or write an email with the same information if you prefer a blank page. Both land in the same inbox and both get an answer within two working days. There is no dashboard to sign up for and no account to create.

  • How is the commission calculated?

It is a percentage of the total project value your referral signs, excluding third party costs passed straight through such as hosting, store fees or paid APIs. If they sign a $6,000 build at the 20% rate, your commission is $1,200.

  • When do I get paid?

Commission is earned once the first milestone invoice is paid, normally within the first fortnight of a project. It is then included in the next monthly payout run, provided your balance has reached the $100 minimum.

  • What if the project is cancelled halfway through?

If the project is canceled before it starts, no commission is paid. If the project is canceled after one or more milestones have been completed and paid, you will still receive the commission for those completed milestones.

  • How long does the tracking last?

The referral link remains active for 60 days from the moment the client first clicks your link. If the client starts their project within those 60 days, the referral will be credited to you and you will earn your commission.

  • Can I run paid ads to my link?

You can advertise, but not on my name, brand or domain, and not in a way that intercepts people already looking for me. Bidding on branded terms is the one thing that ends a partnership immediately.

  • Do my referrals pay more because of the commission?

No. Quotes are built the same way regardless of where a client came from. The commission comes out of my margin rather than off the top of their invoice, which is exactly why the rate is a percentage and not a bonus added on top.

  • Is there a cost to join?

None. There is no fee, no minimum activity requirement and no penalty for a quiet quarter. If you never refer anyone, nothing happens and nobody chases you about it.
